Best Value in UC: Leading analysts, Frost & Sullivan Announce Results

By Angie Reed

And, the winner is…

I am pleased to announce that Digium, and specifically Switchvox, is the recipient of the following Frost & Sullivan Best Practices award:

Digium Wins for Best Value in UC

Frost and Sullivan Best Practices Research:

Customer Value Enhancement Award, Unified Communications

North America, 2011

If that sounds like a mouthful, let me break down what this award means and why we’re honored to receive it. Frost & Sullivan independently researched the top UC vendors and their solutions for the Small- and Medium-size Business (SMB) market. Subsequently, they determined that Digium’s Switchvox is the best value, offering the widest array of UC features and capabilities for the associated price. Frost & Sullivan notes that today’s economy drives more stringent expectations from SMB customers for their communications systems. They demand that vendors “deliver greater value to their customers by helping them cut infrastructure costs, integrate applications to enable advanced features, and more effectively support geographically dispersed and mobile employees.”

Digium’s Switchvox product has been chosen as the winner of this award and is recognized by Frost & Sullivan as delivering this value by “demonstrating excellence by creating value for [our] customers with a focus on improving the return on investment that customers make in [our] services or products.”

Digium is honored to receive this award and to be recognized for “providing cost-conscious SMBs with opportunities to customize and innovate their communications solutions for a competitive edge.” We continue to strive to provide our customers the best value. See Digium’s TCO evaluation for UC solutions.
