Congratulations go out to Leslie Conway, VP of worldwide marketing, who has once again been named to The Channel Company’s prestigious CRN Women of the Channel list for 2015. In addition, Leslie has been recognized as one of this year’s Power 100 by the editors of CRN.
The annual list honors outstanding female executives across vendor channel organizations prominently involved in the IT channel ecosystem. This year’s Women of the Channel were selected based on their accomplishments and the influence they wield over the technology channel. The Power 100 further spotlights an elite subset of Women of the Channel honorees whose insight and influence in their respective companies help drive channel success.
Among the many reasons Leslie was named to the list was her contribution to and leadership role in key Digium projects over the past year, namely advancing Digium’s Cloud Agent program and expanding the number of Agents who offer Digium Cloud Services. Under Leslie’s guidance, her team was instrumental in this expansion by developing a highly targeted marketing strategy to recruit new cloud agents and provide more opportunities for existing partners to offer Switchvox Cloud. The effort resulted in signing four Master Agents, nearly 300 cloud partners and growing overall partner productivity by 17 percent.
As part of Digium’s commitment to be easy to partner with, Leslie’s marketing operations team led the expansion of a customer acquisition and billing system, enabling a seamless online solution for onboarding cloud customers and setting up their service. This backend infrastructure is geared to deliver the highest level of customer service and support.
Leslie’s leadership and support guided many other projects throughout the year. For example, her team helped launch additional cloud-based services through Digium Cloud Services (DCS), including SIP Trunking and Switchvox Rescue, a cloud based disaster recovery service for premises-based Switchvox customers. These new services help provide Digium’s channel partners with new, marketable revenue streams.
We are proud to have Leslie leading our marketing organization and this honor is well deserved. Congratulations Leslie!
