Here at Digium, we love talking with our valued partners and customers. We like to hear how they are using our products and how they improve their business processes. Recently, I had the opportunity to sit down with Jeff Foster with Maxis360, a Digium Pinnacle Partner with more than 25 years experience.

As a bonus, you’ll also hear from one of Maxis360’s customers, Alex Sorochinski at Chadwell Supply, to find out how they are using Switchvox to ensure customer satisfaction. Alex also shares his view on the importance of using a valued partner, like Maxis360.

Chadwell Supply is a multi-site company with over 500 employees headquartered in Tampa, FL. They have locations throughout the Southeast and Midwest. Chadwell Supply is dependent on their call center so they were looking for a phone system that was simple, easy-to-use, as well as cost effective – Switchvox was the ideal solution for their small call center.
