It’s now just under 100 days until the first ever CommCon and I couldn’t be more excited about what we have planned. CommCon endeavors to bring together legacy VoIP providers with the up and coming world of WebRTC in an all-inclusive conference designed with the community in mind. The first of its kind in Europe this conference will leave you with a unique overall picture from all of the major players in the industry.
CommCon is being hosted at Wotton House in Surrey, in the south of England between the 25th and 29th of June this year and we’ve got an amazing lineup of the best speakers in the world. Not only will we have Matt Fredrickson from the Asterisk project talking about what’s new and what’s up and coming in the Asterisk project but we also have the other 3 main Open Source VoIP platforms; FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, and OpenSIPS. With talks on the WebRTC track from companies such as Google, Slack, and Facebook you won’t come away disappointed.
Last week Emily Arnold, Matt Fredrickson and David Duffett from Digium and myself got together on a Hangout to discuss our history as well as what’s coming up at CommCon in June. If you’ve still got questions after watching our chat; feel free to get in touch with the team at [email protected] You can go and buy a ticket at https://commcon.xyz while tickets are still available.
