I recently sat down with Digium’s VP of Worldwide Sales & Service, Steve Harvey, to discuss his time in the telecom industry and how his diverse background has helped Digium’s Partner Program excel.
Steve’s background has provided him a full picture of what’s important to partners and customers. I’ve worked with Steve since 2008, and never before have I worked with a VP who has been more hands-on than he is. He’s always willing to talk with our partners to bounce around ideas, gain valuable feedback as well as assist in resolving problems and, of course, closing deals.
In addition to managing our sales organization, Steve took on the responsibility of overseeing our Service Department several years ago because he realized the importance of having best-in-class support not only for our customers but for our partners as well. It’s easy to see why he was recently named as a 2018 CRN Channel Chief.
