Dental Insurance with Principal is available on either an individual or family basis for eligible employees. Digium pays 75% of the premium for either coverage level.
Vision benefits include annual eye exams, coverage for glasses or contact lenses. Digium pays 100% of the premium.
Employees can contribute up to $3,000 to the Healthcare FSA help pay for qualified medical expenses.
Digium offers vacation time off with pay to full and part-time employees for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits, Full-time employees receive 10 vacation days each year, Vacation days increase after 5, 10, and 20 years of employment.

Digium strongly believes in encouraging our employees to save for retirement by offering a 401(k) savings plan and offering a company match with no vesting schedule. The 1st 3% is matched at 100%, and the next 2% is matched at 50%.
Regular full-time employees who have been with Digium for a minimum of six months will receive reimbursement for qualifying educational expenses that are approved in advance and meet company criteria, including tuition, required books, and laboratory and registration fees.
Digium provides Basic Term Life and AD&D coverage at 150% of employee's salary up to a maximum of $300,000. Digium pays 100% of the premium.
