Digium provides a wide range of benefit programs to eligible employees.
Benefits offered include health insurance, life insurance, short and long term disability insurance, holidays, jury duty leave, legal counseling, bereavement leave, military leave, personal leave, severance pay, travel allowances, and vacation benefits.
Health Benefits
The health insurance plan at Digium offers employees and their dependents access to medical and dental insurance benefits. All employees are eligible to participate in the health insurance plan.
401(k) Plan
Digium offers a retirement plan for regular full-time employees. Our investor provides a full-service online retirement savings plan, and offers a wide range of competitive investment options and ongoing support throughout the life of your plan.
Vacation
Digium offers vacation time off with pay to full and part-time employees for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits. Full-time employees receive 10 days vacation each year. Vacation days increase after 5, 10 and 20 years of employment
Holidays
Digium gives holiday time off to all employees on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day (January 1)
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas (December 25)
Time Off to Vote
Digium encourages you to fulfill your civic responsibilities by voting in elections. Generally, we expect that you will be able to vote either before or after work hours. However, if you cannot vote during nonworking hours, sufficient time off will be granted to allow you to vote.
Bereavement Leave
If you need to take time off in the event of the death of an immediate family member, Digium provides bereavement leave. We grant up to 3 days of paid bereavement leave to regular full-employees.
Personal Leave
Digium provides Personal Leave for regular full-time employees to use for illness or injury and personal business.
Jury Duty
Digium encourages you to fulfill your civic responsibilities by serving jury duty when required. Regular full-time employees may request up to 2 weeks of paid jury duty leave over any 2 year period.
