Flexible Spending Accounts - HealthcareEmployees can contribute up to $3,000 to the Healthcare FSA help pay for qualified medical expenses.
VacationDigium offers vacation time off with pay to full and part-time employees for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits, Full-time employees receive 10 vacation days each year, Vacation days increase after 5, 10, and 20 years of employment.

Dependent Care Reimbursement/Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Employees can contribute pre-tax monies to the Dependent Care Account for qualified dependent care expenses up to the amount allowed by federal law.
401(K)Digium strongly believes in encouraging our employees to save for retirement by offering a 401(k) savings plan and offering a company match with no vesting schedule. The 1st 3% is matched at 100%, and the next 2% is matched at 50%.
Educational AssistanceRegular full-time employees who have been with Digium for a minimum of six months will receive reimbursement for qualifying educational expenses that are approved in advance and meet company criteria, including tuition, required books, and laboratory and registration fees.
Life Insurance/Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)Digium provides Basic Term Life and AD&D coverage at 150% of employee's salary up to a maximum of $300,000. Digium pays 100% of the premium.
Voluntary Life InsuranceEmployees may purchase additional life insurance on themselves, their spouse and their children.
Short Term DisabilityDigium pays 100% of the premium.
