Digium Launches Digium Cloud Services
We are pleased to announce that effective September 1, 2013, Digium has acquired VocalCloud and will be incorporating all sales, operations, and support under the Digium Cloud Services umbrella.
Acquiring VocalCloud’s expertise and proven infrastructure enables Digium to deliver its Switchvox business phone system to SMBs through the new subsidiary, while managing the entire offering, end to end. This acquisition will allow Digium to tightly integrate services and allow us to more easily expand existing services.
Effective November 1, 2013, support services will formally move to Digium.
