Omega*Dial - Automated Dialer
OmegaDial, a scalable, web-based auto-dialer that works with Asterisk, is used for high-volume call campaigns. It is a web-based outbound dialer that can be used for messaging campaigns or feeding calls to CSRs/Agents. It provides message play, polling, call transfers, management monitoring, and reporting.

INsight - Queue Management System
INsight is a web-based queue management system. This call center application allows supervisors or queue managers to monitor queues and the agents in those queues in real time. It give supervisors a method to pause/unpause agents, listen/barge calls, grab waiting calls, and do On-Demand recording. It also comes with a historical queue and agent utilization reports. Being a web application, compatible with any browser, makes it extremely portable.

Assist - Agent Interface
Assist is a .NET interface for agents in a call center scenario. It works in conjunction with any web-based information the agent may need to field a queue call. Assist aids the agent in monitoring their calls and the queues in which they are assigned. The Assist call center software provides Caller ID information as well as other information that may be associated with the caller from the CRM system. The ability to pop URLs and provide queue and agent data makes this a valuable tool for the agent.

Configurator - Asterisk Configuration Tool
The Configurator is a web-based user interface designed to simplify configuring and maintaining Asterisk PBXs. This point and click gui makes administration of users, extensions, devices, queues, etc. simple and quick. It also provides filterable access to Call Detail Records with an Export option, a sound file management tool, and a graphical IVR builder.

Reign
Reign is a .NET graphical call management interface. It is compatible with any phone set (SIP, IAX, analog, soft phone) that can be used by Asterisk. Users can easily dial, place calls on hold, retrieve calls from hold, transfer, park, retrieve from park, conference, and indicate availability status. Transfers to extensions, voice mail, and conferences are performed with drag and drop. Additional features include Speed Dials, Group Dials, Contacts for contact management, and Call History.
