HUNTSVILLE, Ala., and PARSIPPANY, N.J., February 3, 2009 - Digium®, Inc., the Asterisk® Company, and Dialogic Corporation ("Dialogic"), a global provider of world-class products and technologies for media and signal processing, today announced that Dialogic is an official member of the Digium Partner program and will soon become an Interoperability Partner. These represent the first steps in certifying the Dialogic® 1000 and 2000 Media Gateway Series for use by the Asterisk community.
Digium's Interoperability Partners have products that are complementary to and interface with Asterisk. These products interact with Asterisk through a standards-based interface (such as SIP) and will be certified by Digium for interoperability with Asterisk Business Edition™.
