Switchboard User Profiles
Caller profile information with photo, extension, title and location appear in a new Switchboard panel.
This new profile panel allows you to easily call back your last caller or contact them by email or using Switchvox's integrated chat.
Flexible language support
The Switchvox 4.5 GUI, inline help, and manual are now available in UK English, Italian, Castilian Spanish, and Latin American Spanish. Sound packs, which include all the audio prompts used in the system, are now available for all of those languages, as well as Australian English, French and French Canadian. For businesses with international offices, users can customize their language settings to best complement their location and language preference.
Comprehensive monitoring
Digium has implemented the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) for Switchvox 4.5, which gives administrators overseeing Switchvox systems the ability to collect a stream of data about the status and health of their systems in real time.
