E911 Physical Address Change Request

For each phone line and telephone number used with Digium Cloud Services’ service, the customer must register with Digium Cloud Services the physical location (including floor and suite number) where customer will be using the Digium Cloud Services’ service with that phone number. Customer's initial location will be registered as part of subscribing to the service. However, it is incumbent on customer to update customer's physical location if the customer's address changes. The customer must update the physical location by logging into https://www.digium.com. Upon logging in a form will display on this E911 Physical Address Change Request page. The customer must then complete the form in order to update the physical location. The form will NOT display unless the customer logs in.

Customers who are residential users or who have nomadic equipment or phones where the calling location changes as the device moves to another location may not use Digium Cloud Services’ service. If customer is a residential user or nomadic user who attempts to make unauthorized use of Digium Cloud Services' service from the new location, 911 calls made will be sent to an emergency center near your old address.
