Switchvox Admin Training is an online, self-paced video course. Composed of 12 short video chapters, between 5 and 20 minutes in length, the full library contains over 2 hours of content. Because the course is broken up into topical sections it's easy to watch a small, individual unit of training so it can be completed on a busy schedule. This also makes the video lessons excellent reference material for on-the-fly help.

The course is structured logically starting with installation and basic account set up, then moving on to advanced topics like queues and IVRs. Admins who complete the training will be familiar with all of necessary concepts to execute professional, basic configuration, and to perform regular system administration tasks such as adds, moves, and changes.
