Digium is launching the ESP program in response to this expectation to provide the confidence to our customers and partners that Digium is a company they can trust for all their telephony needs.

4. Will Digium really refund the buyer's money if they are not satisfied?

   The program is effective today, February 11, 2008.
6. What products are excluded from this program?

   • The TE110 single span T1/E1 PCI card has been "end-of-lifed" for Digium
   • The TDM400 4-port analog PCI card has been "end-of-lifed" for Digium"
   • The S101i IAXy ATA is not included in the program
7. Does the Exceptional Satisfaction Program cover Digium's software products?

   Yes, Switchvox and Asterisk Business Edition software are included in the program through the products' subscription.
8. I am a reseller, how does this work for my customers?

   Remind your customers to register their product at www.digium.com/register within 30 days of receiving it. This makes them eligible for the program.
